Over at the USPTO link to query, it appears that Vivato has applied for several new trademarked phrases, all of the general form "X Pavement". Of particular interest: "WIMAX PAVEMENT".

Pavement?

They all contain this general description:

Vivato was originally founded as an 802.16 company. Perhaps the founder's dream is still alive.
